Returns or Exchanges 
It is very important to us that you are pleased with your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or if the product does not satisfy your needs you may return your order at your own expense. Please email Shadow Box Cases for directions as some products may require to be returned to manufacturer warehouses or address.  Returned product must be received in new resalable condition.  Refund checks will be processed within approximately 15 business days of return, less any original outgoing freight expenses. 

Returning products - for your protection please insure your package and retain the receipt.  If the product is damaged or lost by the shipping company during the return to the warehouse, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement of value.  Shadow Box Cases would not have authorization to file a claim on a lost return.  In the case of a damaged return, Shadow Box Cases will provide customer will all documents needed to file a claim in order to receive full reimbursement from the shipping company and Shadow Box Cases will no longer be responsible for issuing a refund.

NON-RECEIPT OF PACKAGE:

If UPS makes reasonable attempts to drop off your package and, after notifying you of these attempts, returns the package to our warehouse, you will be charged an additional $15 return fee in addition to a reshipping fee to reship the package. This is a standard UPS charge and none of these fees are retained by Shadow Box Cases.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the built in efficiencies in our ordering system, once your order has been placed we can make changes to the product you have ordered within 1 business day. If you need to return the product, please follow the return procedures above. If additional items are needed, you will need to place another order.

REFUSING A PACKAGE: Unless an item is obviously damaged or have been given specific direction by us to refuse a package, all package refusals will result in a 30% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ORDERS: Please note that Custom Orders are non refundable. 

WARRANTIES: No warranties are offered by Shadow Box Cases

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. All items are shipped insured. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, then please refuse the package or hold the package and damaged merchandise (for potential inspection) and e-mail us right away for instructions. All damage and defective claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please closely inspect all merchandise upon receipt to ensure that your order has not been damaged in shipping.

Please DO NOT MAIL THE DAMAGED GOODS BACK TO US or to any of our suppliers until you have notified us of the damage. If necessary, we will send you paperwork to include with the damaged item (s) you are returning.

Please see above policy for returning merchandise.

We will ship you a replacement item at no cost to you.

We will never sell or share any of your information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only use the data you provide to us online with others who are acting on our behalf to complete your order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

We make every attempt to ensure that the information provided on Shadow Box Cases website is accurate and correct, but occasionally an error goes unnoticed. We are not liable for any product informational typographical errors on the website. If you find an error on our website, please report it to us so that we can correct it immediately.

In the event a Shadow Box cases product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error in the Description and/or Title of products or in the pricing information, Shadow Box Cases shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Shadow Box Cases shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit certificate charged. If your credit certificate has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shadow Box Cases shall issue a credit to your credit certificate account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Most products are in stock and ready to ship within 24 to 48 business hours.

Some orders can take up to 7 to 10 business days to reach your location (exception: back orders and out of stock items).

Higher fees will apply for faster Express Shipping.
